Welcome to Das Homann, we’re delighted to have you here. Would you like to discover all the details about your stay? You’ll find all the important information here.

A

Adapters and chargers
You’re welcome to borrow one of the various adapters or a charger from the reception.

Arrival and departure
Arrival and departure are possible on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the peak and mid-season, and every day during the off-season.

B

Bank
The local bank is open from 8.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

Bed linen
Two pillows are available in the room for each guest. Our housekeeping team will be happy to provide you with extra pillows, blankets, sheets, or duvets. You can choose between different types of pillow (synthetic, down, neck support pillow).
We use hygiene covers for mattresses and pillows. On request, we will be happy to provide special bed linen for allergy sufferers.

Bicycles
You can store your own bicycles and mountain bikes in our ski room. You’ll find a wash station and a mini mountain bike workshop in the underground garage.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in our restaurant from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

Cable car operating times
Operating times in summer:
The cable car up to the summit of Alp Trida Sattel runs every 30 minutes from 8 a.m. every day. The last cable car down to the valley is at 5 p.m.
Operating times in winter:
The ski lifts in the ski resort run from 8.30 a.m. every day. The cable car runs every 10 minutes from 8 a.m. every day. The last cable car down to the valley is at 5 p.m.

Cable car ticket
During the summer season, you’ll receive a free cable car ticket for the use of all cable cars in Samnaun/Ischgl.
During the winter season, you’ll receive your ski pass at the reception for a discounted rate.

Check-in and check-out
You can check in from 2 p.m. on your arrival day. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to check out by 10 a.m. The rates for a spa day are available from the reception.

Church services
For information on church services in Samnaun village and Samnaun-Compatsch, please ask at our reception.

Credit cards
We accept payments with the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, EC direct, and Swiss Post card.

Dinner
Dinner is served between 6.30 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Doctors
Medical care is available to you at the Bergpraxis Samnaun clinic (T. +41 81 822 1200). The nearest hospitals are located in Scuol and Samedan.

E-mails of our guests
We will be happy to bring your personal e-mails to your room. You can get more information from the reception.

Events
You can get information on all events in Samnauntal from the reception.

Fire
If you discover a fire, please inform our staff immediately by dialling 50 or 0-118. You’ll find the information on emergency exits on the inside of the door of your room.
In case of fire, for your own safety:

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. The cantonal authorities also prohibit the use of heaters and irons in the rooms.

Hygiene products
You will find various hygiene products in your bathroom. You can get additional products, such as razors, from the reception.

Internet access
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Wi-Fi network: hotel49982. You do not need a password to connect to it.

Ironing service
We will be happy to iron your laundry for you. Simply dial 50 on your telephone to speak with the reception.

Jogging
There are numerous jogging routes in Samnauntal. You can get route descriptions and information on difficulty levels from the reception.

Key cards
If you lose your key card, please inform the reception immediately. Additional key cards are available for our guests. Das Homann accepts no liability for losses arising due to misplaced key cards.

Laundry
You can get all details of our laundry service from the reception by dialling 50.

Lost and found
If you have lost or found any items, please contact our reception by dialling 50.

Luggage
Do you need help with your luggage? Please feel free to contact our reception by dialling 50.

Newspapers
Various newspapers and magazines are available for you at the reception.

Packed lunches
You are welcome to order packed lunches from us, which we will prepare freshly for you. Please contact our service team to arrange this.

Parking
Our underground car park is available to our guests free of charge. If there are no spaces in the underground car park, please park opposite the hotel.

Pets
Dogs are welcome in our budget rooms, but not in the Arve or Oak rooms. Please let us know before arrival if you are bringing your pet on holiday with you.

“Please do not disturb” sign
If you would like to enjoy peace and privacy in your room, simply hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the door of your room.

Post
If you wish, we will be happy to take care of your post.

Restaurants
Das Homann stands for pure indulgence and top-class cuisine with creative flair. You are welcome to book a table in our restaurant Der Genusstisch 1788 in advance (at least 48 hours beforehand).

Reception
You can get any information you might need at our reception (direct dial 50) from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Safe
Please lock all valuables in your safe. Das Homann accepts no liability for any objects left in the rooms.

Saunas/steam baths
Our saunas and steam bath are found in the spa and may be used by our guests aged 17 and over from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Children may use our spa’s wet area with outdoor pool until 5.30 p.m.

Sewing service
Our sewing service is available to take care of minor sewing work.

Shoe cleaning
A machine is available in the ski room for cleaning your shoes.

Shops
Several duty-free shops await you here in idyllic Samnaun.

T

Taxis/transfers
We will be happy to arrange a taxi for you at the reception.

Towel change
If you would like to have your towels changed, please place these in the bathtub or shower. Our housekeeping team will provide you with fresh ones.

Umbrellas
In summer, an umbrella will always be available in your room.
