What you should know about The HOMANN Booking information

At this point, we have summarised all the important booking information for you. If you have any further questions, you can call us or use our mail to get in touch with us.

Hotel facilities

Free Wi-Fi, authentic Bauernstube, lift, day bar, large sun terrace, spa area with sauna, steam room and relaxation room with waterbeds, ample car park (free of charge) and spacious cosy rooms (some with whirlpool bath), family apartments, studios. All rooms are non-smoking rooms and come equipped with radio, satellite TV and telephone.

Surcharge for short stay

Short-stay surcharge of CHF 10.00 per person per night (max 3 nights).

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in our budget rooms (but not in the newly renovated Arven/ Oak rooms).
Please inform us before arrival that you are bringing a dog.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, your room is ready for occupancy after 1pm.
In the peak and mid-season the arrival and departure days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In the pre- and post-season period, arrival and departure is possible at any time.

Methods of payment

Swiss francs, Euro, Swiss postcard and EC direct. Please note the daily limit! Credit cards: Mastercard and Visa, here we but the commission of 1.9% in amount.

Deposit payment

We kindly ask you to transfer a deposit in the amount of CHF 500.00 or EUR 400.00 per room by bank transfer into our account to secure your room reservation for the winter season. No deposit is required for your holiday in the summer season.

Cancellation policy

Due to the current difficult situation, we have loosened the cancellation conditions. If a journey is not possible due to the Corona virus (entry ban, renewed lockdown, proven Corona infection, quarantine obligation on return home), a free cancellation is possible.

Otherwise our normal cancellation conditions apply:

In the event of cancellation within the deadline (four weeks before arrival), no cancellation costs will be incurred. In the event of cancellation three to four weeks before arrival, 50% of the room price minus visitor’s tax and meals will be charged; two to three weeks before arrival, 75%, and less than 2 weeks before arrival, 100% will be charged.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the full cost of the accommodation minus meals and tourist tax will be charged. Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions for the Swiss Hotel Industry apply. (We reserve the right to make changes at any time).

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
